VL‘s Founder Miss.G has spent over 30 years in the world of fine gemstones.

Her journey began in the mining regions of Sri Lanka, where gemstones are still hidden beneath raw earth — unpolished, uncertain, and full of possibility.

Over time, her path extended into European auction houses, where rarity, provenance, and value are defined under intense scrutiny and light.

Across these two worlds, she witnessed how gemstones travel — from nature to market, from origin to meaning.

She believes that

We work closely across disciplines — allowing gemstones to guide design, rather than forcing them into predefined forms.

We do not treat gemstones as materials to be controlled.
